Desert Dove Apartments

One of the first Arizona YIGBY (Yes to God’s Backyard) project utilizing church property and beautifying the community by building on a vacant lot adjacent to the church. Desert Dove
Apartments will be a 63-unit, 4 buildings, 2-story walk-ups complex. Its common space will include a walk-in freezer for the church to utilize for their food distribution on-site.

Our Work

Washington View Apartments

The Washington View Apartments consists of 91 new units and 29 adaptive reuse units. Built in the early 1900’s had succumbed to two fires and immense damage. The historic bell tower, stained-glass windows and chapel were reconstructed and converted into housing. This Spanish Colonial revival-style is a winner of the 2023 Preservation Design Award for Reconstruction.

Project

Hollywood Western Building

This adaptive reuse building was originally used as office space and was built by Louis Mayer of Metro-Goldwyn Mayer media productions company. This Art Deco building now houses 79 units dedicated to senior living and has 10,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor.
